DOLCE SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION
Here is the schedule for April - June
More will be added ASAP.
PLEASE BRING YOUR BOOK AND TURN IT IN TO GET UPDATED!!!!
IMPORTANT
***Mark May 8th (Tuesday) on your calendar, this is an outside performance
representing Mercy High School. The information is under the May section of this calendar.
There are still some dates to be added so please keep checking.
EVERYONE MUST TO BE AT ALL THESE REHEARSALS SO YOU
NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH COACHES, TEACHERS,
AND OTHER CLUBS TO LET THEM KNOW YOUR
DOLCE REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES
APRIL SCHEDULE 2012
April 16th (This Monday) - Pit Singers Last rehearsal with me
Rehearsals at both lunch times. From this point on you must attend the rehearsals
with Ms. McAninch and Mr. Harris. The rehearsal schedule was handout out to you.
April 17th (Tuesday) - Mandatory Dolce Rehearsal in Rist
3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Dolce members will be receiving new music. Please bring your book to get
updated.
4:30 p.m. - Rehearsal with soloists
April 20th (Friday) - Mandatory Lunchtime Rehearsals in Rist
Dolce members are to report to the lunchtime rehearsal during whatever lunch you have.
Make sure that your name gets on the roll sheet before you leave. New music will be handed
out.
April 24th (Tuesday) - Mandatory Dolce Rehearsal in Rist
3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Please bring your book!!
4:30 p.m. - Rehearsal with soloists
April 26th (Thursday) - Easter Eucharistic Liturgy
Dolce will report to the Pavilion at 9:00 a.m.
Liturgy is at 9:45 a.m.
MAY SCHEDULE 2012
May 1st (Tuesday) - Mandatory extended Dolce Rehearsal in Rist
3:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Working on choreography and all music must be memorized
May 2nd (Wednesday) - Mandatory Lunchtime Rehearsals in Rist
Dolce members are to report to the lunchtime rehearsal during whatever lunch you have.
Make sure that your name gets on the roll sheet before you leave. All music must be memorized.
May 2nd (Wednesday Early Evening) - Mandatory Disneyland Rehearsal in RIST
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. You must be on time and ready to go or the rehearsal will not end in time.
All Dolce members going to Disneyland must be at this rehearsal and there are NO EXCEPTIONS!!
May 4th (Friday) - International Food Festival
5:00 p.m. - Dolce performs shortly after the Festival begins.
May 8th (Tuesday) - Mandatory Lunchtime Rehearsals in Rist
Dolce members are to report to the lunchtime rehearsal during whatever lunch you have.
Make sure that your name gets on the roll sheet before you leave. There will be no
afternoon rehearsal because of the evening concert.
May 8th (Tuesday) - Concert at St. Gabriel Church
6:30 p.m. - Dolce members arrive at St. Gabriel
7:00 p.m. - Concert begins at 7:00 p.m. and is approximately an hour.

Do we have to have to memorize everything by Tuesday, November 14th of next week? For the video taping?
